This backyard is very private, clean, and relaxing. Inside this beautiful home you will find a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and brand new appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, toaster, coffeemaker, and professional blender. In the cabinets you will find plentiful pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, shot glasses, cutlery, bakeware, and clean silverware. Additionally, you will be supplied a can opener, bottle opener, strainer, baking dishes, straws, oven pads, and cutting boards. You'll also be provided with paper towels, dish towels, a new sponge, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. Here's a perk: Free coffee! Marycrest is a vintage Las Vegas residential neighborhood featuring single family houses built as early as 1944. This neighborhood is very close to The Strip as well as Downtown Fremont Street. With major casinos like The Strat just a mile away, the convenience is second to none. Comprised mostly of families and retirees, many of the neighbors have lived here for over 50 years. If you see a neighbor please smile and wave and they will likely do the same in return. While living here for 7 years I have found this neighborhood to be very safe to walk or ride bikes around. This is a quiet neighborhood, especially at night. Please remember to observe quiet hours after 9pm. Enjoy your stay!
